Decentralized- & Limited Liability Autonomous Organizations (DAOs & LAOs)
One abstraction to explain DAOs is that it is a bank account on a blockchain. A group of people can collectively manage and control assets and resources - basically something like a fully anarchistic organization that is not dependent on the state.
